Egypt's court has given a variety of sentences to 739 suspects in the Muslim Brotherhood participation, out of which 75 people have been sentenced to death.

According to the International News Agency, 739 people have been convicted in Egypt, who participated in the protests of the Muslim Brotherhood after the military uprising against President Mohammed Morsi in 2013.

The criminal court sentences 75 people to death, 47 people were imprisoned when they heard different sentences of imprisonment and punishment. The suspects were accused of participating in activities against the national security, the deaths of security personnel and the damage to government property.

Those who have been sentenced to death include the names of prominent leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood, Nasim al-Ariyan, Muhammad Bilatji and the famous Islamic preacher, Safut Hajjazi. Among the leaders who have been sentenced to life imprisonment include the Muslim al-Qaeda chief Mohammad Badiye, when the son of former President Marsee has been sentenced to Osama for ten years.
A journalist Mahmud Abu Yazd al-Shaqqan was also sentenced to five years because he was coverage of protest. UNESCO also awarded the World Freedom Award of the UN.



Human Rights Organization Amnesty International has declared these punishments a very unfair and a violation of the Egyptian Constitution. Human Rights Watch criticized the cases and convictions, saying that Egyptian security forces killed at least 817 people who protested against themselves, which is a crime against humanity.

On July 3, 2013, the Egyptian army chief Abdul Fateh al-Faisal had overturned a month after the death of President Mohammed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood. The pro-government protesters shouted in Cairo's famous square Rabia al-Adahah. On 14 August 2013, the Egyptian army launched an operation against new protesters, killing 2600 people, including journalists. The Egyptian al-Qaida has been declared a banned and terrorist organization in Egypt.
